  • No! In North Carolina, physical therapy is a "direct access" profession, meaning you can begin treatment immediately without a referral from your doctor. This allows us to start addressing your needs right away.

  • Physical therapy can help with a wide variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions and concerns—if it involves your body or your ability to move, chances are we can help.

  • We are a private pay clinic, which means we do not accept any insurance. This allows us to provide personalized, one-on-one care without restrictions, giving you the best treatment possible without limitations.

  • Wear comfortable “gym clothes” that you can move freely in, your form of payment, and yourself!

  • The session will run between 45 minutes and an hour. We will discuss what brought you in to seek treatment, perform tests and assessments to diagnose your issue, and then come up with a plan together on how to best treat you and get you back to doing what you love. Depending on your clinical presentation, you may expect to receive hands-on treatment, perform stretches, or lift weights! Every session is custom-tailored to your specific needs.
